CONEGLIANO VALDOBBIADENE DOCG WINE EXHIBITION
The Pro Loco of Miane is pleased to present the 46th Exhibition of Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG, scheduled from April 24th to May 3rd, 2026. For two weeks, the Miane Multipurpose Center will become the beating heart of the region: a journey through oenological excellence, local traditions, and authentic flavors, featuring a rich calendar of events dedicated to “the good life” and fine food.
Miane
Miane is a small town with a large territorial extention thanks to its numerous hamlets on the border with the province of Belluno. It is an excellent starting point for visiting the Prosecco Hills.
You can take numerous panoramic paths and nature trails from here. Following this trails you can find pleasant refreshment in the Budui and Mont huts, the Federa ai Pian huts, the Posa Puner refuge and the Mont bivouac, where you can’t help but start a journey through the typical flavors of the Alta Marca Trevigiana. The Grotta del Landrel, that is not far from the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Carmine, is not to be missed due to its great naturalistic value. It is a suggestive cavity of karst origin immersed in nature that dominates the valley.
Miane has a significant artistic heritage as well. In the center of the town you can find the Archpriest’s Church, dating back to 1878, which exhibits inside a tabernacle of great value and numerous paintings. There is the bell tower in front of it, a former watchtower dating back to the 1400s, which was a part of a defensive and control system over the valley.
The numerous places of worship are dispersed all over the town’s territory. Some of them are the sanctuaries of the Madonna del Carmine and of the B.V. Addolorata, churches embellished with valuable works of art, the medieval Borgo Colmellere, the ancient prisons of Valmareno in “Forca” hamlet and Villa Bellati in Campea, which is an elegant residence with ancient works of art and furnishings preserved almost intact.
