The ring of Prosecco is a naturalistic itinerary (about 8 km), which lies between San Pietro di Barbozza, some areas of Santo Stefano and Saccol. Here the wine and food culture has a long tradition: the visitor can discover it individually or accompanied by expert local guides.
Among vineyards and fruit trees, there is a “garden of art”, where you can meet large faces carved by skilful craftsmen of wood. This is Vignarte, a garden full of sculptures that takes shape year after year. It is the most bizarre sculpture symposium in the province of Treviso, in which art communicates with nature. They try to enforce the relationship between environment and humans, interpreting various issues of life in the chestnut wood of a “pole head” (it was the trunk of a chestnut that once was used to support the vine rows).
