Saturday, 25th of April at 9:30 a.m. “Rive in Mostra” walking tour with tastings in the UNESCO Hills, in collaboration with “Vivi le Rive.”
Meet at Piazza Rovere in Col San Martino 15 minutes before departure:
- First departure at 9:30 a.m.
- Second departure at 11:00 a.m.
Estimated duration: approximately 4 hours.
Appropriate clothing is recommended, and hiking boots are required.
The excursion includes a historical presentation of the area, a guided tour of the oratories of San Martino and San Vigilio, and two tasting stops:
- the first featuring local cured meats and cheeses with homemade bread and Valdobbiadene DOCG on the lees.
- the second features asparagus risotto with “sciopet,” soppressa, and crispy guanciale, creamed with mascarpone and topped with raspberry crumble from Locanda La Lanterna in Farra di Soligo, accompanied by wines from the wineries awarded at the 70th Exhibition.
