Back by popular demand the final night of Primavera di Prosecco Superiore!
Take part in the Notte Bianca del Gusto event on Tuesday 5th of July starting at 20.30 in Pieve di Soligo and discover the best of the Prosecco Hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
You will be able to taste the winning wines of the 8th edition of the Fascetta d’Oro Wine Competition, that will be awarded during a special closed to the public ceremony, which will be held in the preceding hours at the Battistella Moccia Auditorium.
There will be also several gastronomic islands where to enjoy the typical products of the area. It will be possible to taste the following products:

cheeses and the Coffee Cream of Soligo Dairy
- special bun with skewer prepaired by the Skewer Academy of Alta Marca
- special summer version of Radisi e Fasioi (radicchio and beans) of Congrega dei Radici e Fasioi
- pizza with cheeses of Soligo Dairy and typical products
- soppressa and sweet and sour of Piccoli Produttori Locali
- semifreddo (parfait) made by students of the Beltrame Institute of Vittorio Veneto
It will be possible to purchase two different tasting packages at the cashier desk:
- Tasting Package: includes 1 glass with bag for wine tasting, 1 coupon with 8 vouchers for food tasting, 1 glass deposit ticket
- Only Wine Package: includes 1 glass with bag for wine tasting, 1 glass deposit ticket

Participate in our guided tastings, organized in cooperation with Soligo Dairy and Prosecco Hills Business Network: three types of award-winning cheeses of Soligo Dairy will be offered in combination with three different wines from the “Fascetta d’Oro” Wine Competition.
Roberto Varotto (maestro ONAF) e Mirko Fantuz will guide you in the discovery of our dairy products, while Alessandro Carlassare (sommelier) e Andrea Miotto will lead you to learn more about the wines of the Prosecco Hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.
There will be two tasting sessions: at 20.00 and at 21.30.
