As July arrives, so does one of the most anticipated summer events in the Prosecco Hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. On Saturday, July 5, starting at 6:30 PM, join us in Soligo, at the historic Latteria Soligo dairy, for a new edition of the Notte Bianca del Gusto —an experience that blends flavor, culture, music, and the beauty of the territory.
Organized by Primavera del Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco, UNPLI Treviso APS, and Latteria Soligo, this vibrant celebration is a tribute to local excellence and the unique character of these world-famous hills.
An afternoon to explore the region
The festivities begin in the afternoon, at 5:00 PM, with Conegliano Valdobbiadene Day: a free initiative by UNPLI Treviso APS featuring four different experiences, each offering a unique perspective on the area—through sports, history, culture, and nature. A great opportunity to connect with the region before the evening gets underway.
Discovering traditional cheesemaking
At 6:30 PM, doors open to Latteria Soligo for a guided tour of the dairy, followed by a special historical reenactment of the Casatella Trevigiana DOP—a traditional local cheese. It’s a unique chance to witness and learn about a living legacy of local cheesemaking.
Local wines, sweet traditions, and gourmet stands
At 7:00 PM, indulge your sweet tooth with the awards ceremony for the “My Tiramisu Expression” contest. Then, from 7:30 PM, the Notte Bianca del Gusto kicks off in full swing with the opening of the food and wine stands.
You’ll be able to sample the award-winning wines from the 11th edition of the “Fascetta d’Oro” Wine Competition, officially presented to the public earlier that day in a private ceremony at the Battistella Moccia Auditorium in Pieve di Soligo.
Each gourmet island will feature local specialties, from Latteria Soligo’s dairy excellence to the famous Alpine Spit Roast. To enjoy the tasting experience, you can purchase a €20 tasting coupon, which includes food and wine samples (glass deposit: €2).
Mayors’ Pizza Challenge and live music
At 8:00 PM, don’t miss the light-hearted and fun “Fasce Tricolori” Mayors’ Pizza Challenge, where local mayors compete to craft the perfect pizza.
Then at 8:30 PM, the night heats up with live music by Matteo Suntary and a vocal performance by Luca Tron, creating the perfect soundtrack for a magical summer evening under the stars.
Family-friendly activities for kids
Families are more than welcome! Children can enjoy a dedicated area with face painting, inflatable games, and traditional children’s activities—fun for all ages!
