As July arrives, so does one of the most anticipated summer events in the Prosecco Hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene<\/strong>, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. On Saturday, July 5<\/strong>, starting at 6:30 PM, join us in Soligo<\/strong>, at the historic Latteria Soligo<\/strong> dairy, for a new edition of the Notte Bianca del Gusto <\/strong>\u2014an experience that blends flavor, culture, music, and the beauty of the territory.<\/p>\r\n

Organized by Primavera del Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco<\/strong>, UNPLI Treviso APS<\/strong>, and Latteria Soligo<\/strong>, this vibrant celebration is a tribute to local excellence and the unique character of these world-famous hills.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

An afternoon to explore the region<\/h3>\r\n

The festivities begin in the afternoon, at 5:00 PM<\/strong>, with Conegliano Valdobbiadene Day<\/strong><\/a>: a free initiative by UNPLI Treviso APS featuring four different experiences<\/strong>, each offering a unique perspective on the area\u2014through sports, history, culture, and nature. A great opportunity to connect with the region before the evening gets underway.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

Discovering traditional cheesemaking<\/h3>\r\n

At 6:30 PM<\/strong>, doors open to Latteria Soligo<\/strong> for a guided tour of the dairy, followed by a special historical reenactment of the Casatella Trevigiana DOP<\/strong>\u2014a traditional local cheese. It\u2019s a unique chance to witness and learn about a living legacy of local cheesemaking.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n

Local wines, sweet traditions, and gourmet stands<\/h3>\r\n

At 7:00 PM<\/strong>, indulge your sweet tooth with the awards ceremony for the \"My Tiramisu Expression\" contest<\/strong>. Then, from 7:30 PM<\/strong>, the Notte Bianca del Gusto<\/strong>\u00a0kicks off in full swing with the opening of the food and wine stands<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

You\u2019ll be able to sample the award-winning wines<\/strong> from the 11th edition of the \"Fascetta d\u2019Oro\" Wine Competition<\/strong>, officially presented to the public earlier that day in a private ceremony at the Battistella Moccia Auditorium in Pieve di Soligo.<\/p>\r\n

Each gourmet island<\/strong> will feature local specialties, from Latteria Soligo\u2019s<\/strong> dairy excellence to the famous Alpine Spit Roast<\/strong>. To enjoy the tasting experience, you can purchase a \u20ac20 tasting coupon<\/strong>, which includes food and wine samples (glass deposit: \u20ac2).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n

Mayors\u2019 Pizza Challenge and live music<\/h3>\r\n

At 8:00 PM<\/strong>, don't miss the light-hearted and fun \"Fasce Tricolori\" Mayors\u2019 Pizza Challenge<\/strong>, where local mayors compete to craft the perfect pizza.<\/p>\r\n

Then at 8:30 PM<\/strong>, the night heats up with live music<\/strong> by Matteo Suntary<\/strong> and a vocal performance by Luca Tron<\/strong>, creating the perfect soundtrack for a magical summer evening under the stars.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n
