Colline di Luce proposes a typical cooking lesson, during which participants will prepare an exquisite menu where prosecco will be the real protagonist.
It will begin with a presentation of the three different types of Prosecco (Prosecco DOCG, Prosecco col Fondo, Prosecco DOC), and then move on to the creation of dishes, from appetisers to homemade pasta and many other recipes.
